The Kansas City Attorney Firm of
John R. Campbell, Jr., LLC has continued
the tradition, started by another veteran Kansas City
lawyer John R. Campbell, Sr. in 1954, of providing honest and effective legal representation in the greater Kansas City area. We have represented hundreds of clients in need of high quality legal services in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Although we provide assistance in many areas of the law, our primary focus is protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured or killed by the acts of negligence or reckless conduct of others.
We represent people who have been injured by defective drugs or medical devices. We have obtained compensation for many individuals injured in automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents. One of our main focuses is the prosecution of claims against doctors, hospitals, dentists and other health care providers who have been negligent in the care and treatment of their patients. We have a legal nurse consultant on staff to assist in the evaluation of your claim.
Our firm has focused on catastrophic injuries and wrongful death from many causes, such as motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence and defective products. We carefully evaluate every claim to determine whether your claim has merit and are prepared to dedicate the requisite time and energy to move each case swiftly to trial or settlement. We take pride in the talent and commitment of our staff and the teamwork they employ to respond to the needs of our clients. We are trial advocates and stand committed to doing everything necessary to achieve justice for our clients.
